BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR BUNGALOWS

Booking procedure:

1. Through the booking system of our website.

2. By phone or WhatsApp +34 964 71 32 11 (from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

How to formalize the booking:

In order to formalize the booking of a bungalow it is necessary to make a deposit. If you make the booking through the booking system of our website you have the chance to make the payment through our virtual TPV method.

If you make the reservation by phone or email, we will send you a link to make the card payment safely or you will have to provide us with a card number and expiration date.

The deposit amount will depend on the booking dates:

- Holy Week and New Year's Eve: 50% of the total amount.

- Rest of the year: 25% of the total amount

Booking confirmation:

Provided that you give us your e-mail address and after having checked the payment of the deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation policy:

Due to the situation generated by COVID-19, the campsite guarantees a 100% refund of the deposit if you cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date.

The cancellation request must be submitted by e-mail (reservas@campingaltomira.com).

Arrival:

If the client doesn't arrive on the arrival date, we will keep the booking during 24 hours. From this moment the booking will be considered null and void.
