BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR PITCHES

Booking procedure:

1. Through the booking system of our website.

2. By phone +34 964 71 32 11 (from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

3. By e-mail: reservas@campingaltomira.com

How to formalize the booking:

In order to formalize the booking of one or more pitches it is necessary to make a 30 € deposit.

If you make the booking through the booking system of our website you will pay through our virtual TPV method.

If you book by email or phone we will send you a link to make the payment with card or, you wil have to contact with us and provide us the number and expiry date of a card.

Booking confirmation:

Provided that you give us your e-mail address and after having checked the payment of the deposit, you will receive a booking confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation policy:

The campsite guarantees a 100% refund of the deposit if you cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date.

The cancellation request must be submitted by e-mail (reservas@campingaltomira.com).

Arrival:

If the client doesn't arrive on the arrival date, we will keep the booking during 24 hours. From this moment the booking will be considered null and void.
